1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition fees for Think Netcore Institute courses sold to consumers and businesses unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Cooling-off period
If you purchased online without face-to-face interaction, you may cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than twenty percent (20%) of digital materials or attended live sessions, whichever occurs first.
3. Partial refunds
Where statutory cooling-off does not apply or after partial participation, we may offer partial credits or transfers to a later cohort at our discretion, minus administrative fees stated at enrolment.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party examination fees, purchased software licences, or bespoke corporate workshops identified as non-refundable at checkout remain non-refundable.
5. How to request
Email hello@think-netcore.one with your full name, cohort name, purchase reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with instructions.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days where banking rules allow. Delays may occur due to intermediary banks.
7. Cancellations by us and consumer rights
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under Malaysian consumer protection laws.
