1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of training services, websites, and materials provided by Think Netcore Institute ("we", "us"). By registering for a cohort or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not enrol or use our services.
2. Services description
We deliver online and hybrid programming courses focused on backend Node.js engineering. Schedules, mentor availability, and materials may evolve to reflect curriculum improvements. We describe delivery formats on each course page.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, exercises, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal learning during enrolment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing is prohibited without written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You will not interfere with our platforms, harass staff or participants, upload malware, or attempt unauthorised access. We may remove participants who disrupt cohorts or violate community expectations.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from course participation. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a cohort is limited to fees paid for that cohort. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before considering formal processes. Courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or operational necessity, with refunds handled per our refund policy when applicable.
